I spend 12 hours preparing his D&D game for you, cleaning the apartment, making the dungeon, detailing the bad guys, making sure the fantasy economy makes sense... and finally the day arrives. You show up, sit down, and I sit down.

I say, "You are at the entrance to the dungeon."

You say, "I teleport to the end boss, finger-of-death his ass, and take the booty."

Shocked, I look at the mounds of paper and sweat and blood you've just skipped over. I turn back and just stare at you for a minute.

I grumble, "Thanks for the faves..."
